Personal Health:  for the last 4 years, I have been on my

own journey to discovering health and wellness.  Luckily,

this is not a road I traveled alone.

Just like pursuing my dreams of a higher education, I am now unafraid to

pursue and engage in things I never thought I would.

The picture below is from my first half-marathon.  It

represents achieving a seemingly impossible goal.  Just

like my Matryoshka doll represents, there were many

steps to this along the way!
