are still anxious to join your existing Theta Epsilon chapter. You had mentioned a
chapter board meeting to which you were to present the proposal. Perhaps, I was

Dear Ms. Hennig,
I am the current representative from the BSN program here at the College of Central Florida (CF), attempting to establish affiliation and membership with your chapter. This STAR project was previously begun by Lorelly Crespo, a now graduate of the BSN program here at CF. She had reached out to Maureen Covelli late last year, beginning the process of joining your chapter. Since her graduation, we have received full accreditation and acknowledgment of our BSN Program.
Following up on correspondence from that time, there was to be a board meeting held in January and this topic was to be brought before them. I have not heard from Dr. Covelli as to the outcome and decision from the board. As we are a small class with less than twenty students, starting our own chapter is not feasible and doesn't meet the STTI bylaws.
My question to you is, can our members join your chapter as it is, or must we make arrangements through you to amend any bylaws that would allow this? What process can I disseminate to our graduates and future students that can assist them in becoming members of your chapter?
